We understand that trash bin cleaning is a new service, and you may be unsure if it’s really going to leave your bins as fresh and clean as you hope. That’s why we proudly offer our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with how your bins look after we’ve cleaned them, we’ll come back and clean them again—at no additional charge.

We want to be upfront: there are some things that even our powerful cleaning process can’t fully remove. This includes:

• Stains and discoloration from long-term use
• Marks left by trash trucks
• Glues or adhesives
• Tree sap
• Paint or other chemical residues

While these kinds of marks may not disappear, we guarantee that your bins will be germ-free, odorless, and fully sanitized. So, even if some marks remain, you can trust that your bins are as clean and safe as they can be!
