FAQ
Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, you will find answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our bin cleaning services. If you don’t see your question listed here, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to answer it for you!
-
What are your hours of operation? We typically operate Monday-Friday following the trash collection schedules. Since we clean bins on your trash day the schedule from day to day and week to week can vary. Feel free to call us Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with any questions or concerns.

Why can't I just do it myself? You can! Most folks just never get around to it! The truth is our process works better, uses less resources and is better for the environment. Most people use bleach or other harsh chemicals and then dump them into their yard or storm drains. Our equipment uses 200° water at over 3000PSI to clean AND sanitize your cans in just a few minutes. The dirty water and debris are collected and taken away to be disposed of properly. No harsh chemicals!
-
How does billing work? Is there a contract? When new clients sign up, they will pay for the first service, all services are prepaid. If you sign up for a reoccurring plan, we will continue to clean your bins until you cancel. Once your service has been completed, we will charge your card on file for the next service. It’s that simple. You will also get a message notifying you that your bins have been cleaned after each service.
-
How often should I have my bin cleaned? It depends on how often you use it. If you have a family of four who uses the bin daily, we recommend having it cleaned once a month. However, if it’s just you and you only use it a few times a week, every other month or so should suffice. Of course, this is just a general guideline. If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of your bin, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
-
How will I know that my bins have been cleaned? You will receive a text message letting you know that your bins have been cleaned.
-
What if I forget to leave my bins out on the day of my scheduled cleaning? No problem! We will knock on your door to see if you are home, if not we will move your cleaning to the another day.
-
What is included in your residential bin cleaning services? Our standard bin cleaning service includes removing any remaining trash and debris from your bins after collection. We then power wash the inside and outside of the bin to remove any dirt. We use 200° water to completely sanitize the bins to kill any germs, bacteria and other harmful organisms. Lastly, we spray an all-natural deodorizer in the bins to keep them smelling fresh.
-
What is the difference between your residential and commercial bin cleaning services? The main difference is the frequency of service. Our commercial customers typically have their bins cleaned on a weekly basis, while our residential customers are typically on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.
